(CercleFinance.com) – Novacyt announces that from May 1, its executive director Lyn Rees will become managing director, replacing James McCarthy who will leave the board of directors, but will remain with the company for a certain period of time.
Additionally, Chief Scientific Officer Joanne Mason will join the Novacyt board as a director effective May 1, while Andrew Health, a non-executive director, will retire from the board.
Furthermore, Novacyt indicates that the publication of its 2023 annual results, initially scheduled for April 30, will take place by the end of May 2024, due to the delay in integrating Yourgene Health into its consolidated results.
