Anyone who has the honor of being nominated for a golden boy at this year’s Oscars on April 25 can already look forward to it. Because as the US-American site “Page Six” reports, the nominated stars like Anthony Hopkins (83), Frances McDormand (63, “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri”) and Co. can expect a rich gift package worth a total of 60,000 US dollars. The majority of this sum is made up of vouchers for various luxury resorts.
This includes a two-day trip to Fiji for 8,000 US dollars, including accommodation and an in-house 5-star chef. A four-day trip to the Sailrock resort on the Turks and Caicos Islands south of the Bahamas is worth as much as 10,000 US dollars. For the said Bahamas and the Dominican Republic, the package also included vouchers in the four-digit range, it said. Beauty products, clothing, artwork, and jewelry would make the grand total of $ 60,000.
