The recipe for apple peach smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 2 red apples
  • 3 peaches
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 10 cl milk
  • ice cubes

The preparation stages:

Step 1 : Cut the apples into pieces.

2nd step : Peel the peaches and cut them into pieces.

Step 3: Mix everything with milk, yogurt and ice cubes. Serve immediately.

The recipe for the orange peach smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 3 peaches
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional)
  • crushed ice cubes

The preparation stages:

Step 1 : Peel the peaches and cut them into pieces. Add them to the blender.

2nd step : Peel the oranges and cut them into pieces. Add them to the blender.

Step 3: Add the plain yogurt and the sugar and mix until you get a homogeneous texture.

Step 4: Add the crushed ice cubes, mix and serve.

The recipe for the mango peach smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 3 peaches
  • 60 cl of orange juice

The preparation stages:

Step 1 : Peel the mango and cut the flesh into pieces. Peel the peaches, cut them in half, pit them and cut them into quarters.

2nd step : Place the pieces of fruit in the bowl of a blender, add the orange juice and mix to obtain a homogeneous texture.

Step 3: If necessary, correct the texture of the smoothie by adding a little orange juice or ice water, then divide into glasses and serve.

You can add 1 touch of honey. Preferably use fresh squeezed orange juice.

The recipe for the strawberry peach smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 2 yellow or white peaches
  • 6 strawberries
  • 10 cl milk
  • ice cubes

The preparation stages:

Step 1 : Peel the peaches and cut them into pieces. Add them to the blender.

2nd step : Cut the strawberries into pieces and add them to the blender.

Step 3: Pour the milk and the ice cubes and mix until a homogeneous texture is obtained. Serve.

The recipe for a healthy peach smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 3 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 flat peaches
  • 1 handful of raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ice cubes

The preparation stages:

Step 1 : Squeeze the oranges and lemon and place the juice in the bottom of the blender.

2nd step : Peel the peaches and cut them into pieces. Add them to the blender.

Step 3: Add the raspberries, chia seeds and ice cubes and mix everything.

To keep your smoothie fresh, you can put your fruit in the freezer a few hours before preparation!
