Every day, our newspapers are full of statistics and articles denouncing the grabbing of wealth by the richest 1% of the population. And at the same time, it is striking to note that this discourse is accompanied in the West by an upsurge in inequalities, and an ever greater separation between a globalized and urban elite and a peripheral and underprivileged France.
