The 63-year-old singer took a little trip to New York with his eldest son Joakim, born from his first marriage to ex-model Cecilia Rodhe, and his daughter Jenaye, the fruit of his second marriage to Heather Stewart-Whyte , also a former model. Arriving on April 23, the star of the tennis courts published on his Instagram account this Sunday, April 28, a series of photos surrounded by his children in the city that never sleeps. In the first selfie, the father poses in Central Park in front of the Manhattan buildings which can be seen in the background, arm in arm with his 39-year-old son and his 27-year-old daughter. In another photo, the happy family can be seen taking a break in the sun on a rock.
“Good vibes in New York with my little ones”, wrote Yannick Noah in the caption, adding the hashtag “Love”. Go to Guignol!” joked one follower. As a reminder, the former tennis player settled in New York in 1984 with his first wife Cécilia and opened a restaurant on Varick Street called Guignol’s. They gave birth to Joakim, as well as their daughter Yelena in 1987, in the American city. Returning to Switzerland and then to France, the Franco-Cameroonian returned there in 2000 and then took a sabbatical year in 2008.

Successful careers for Joakim and Jenaye Noah
If their father is a celebrity, Joakim and Jenaye Noah have also created fame for themselves in their respective fields. The eldest of the siblings, 2m11 tall, was able to put his impressive height to good use by becoming a basketball professional. The sportsman distinguished himself within the Chicago Bulls team, members of the NBA, then in the French team, for which he played from 2009 to 2011. Influenced by her mother, a model in the 1980s and 1990s for Versace, Armani, and Lagerfeld, the young woman, now in a relationship with rapper G-Eazy, real name Gerald Earl Gillum, walked the runway for Azzedine Alaïa in 2017 and posed for numerous brands.
