In order to reheat pizza from the day before, you should avoid using the microwave and oven in the future. We explain which warming method you can use to achieve a particularly good taste experience.
Pizza is one of the few dishes that still tastes delicious the next day. Even if, of course, nothing beats a freshly baked pizza. However, some household appliances are more suitable for warming up than others.
Most people would use the oven or microwave to warm up. Unfortunately, the warm-up doesn’t work so well there. Fortunately, there is a simple solution: the pan.
This is how you can warm up the pizza in the pan
There are a few tips that you should keep in mind so that the heated pizza is also delicious in the pan. It is important not to use the highest but only a medium temperature setting. They know the pizza is done reheating when the cheese slowly melts and the base starts to crisp.
The whole thing goes a little faster with a lid, but it also works without it. The pan does not need to be greased with oil beforehand.
You should therefore no longer use the oven or microwave to heat the pizza
Perhaps you’ve noticed it before: In the oven, the pizza doesn’t get really crispy when it is reheated, in the microwave it gets more mushy.
Some also use the bread roll attachment of a toaster to warm up the pizza. But it can’t warm up the pizza evenly. In addition, the attachment is too small for a whole pizza, but also for large pieces.
