Planisware: full exercise of the 36 ME over-allocation option

(Boursier.com) — Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG exercised, on behalf of the Banks, the option to purchase 905,100 shares Planisware sold by Olhada and 1,357,650 existing shares sold by Ardian, at the IPO price of 16 euros per share, representing 15% of the 15,085,000 shares offered as part of the initial offer and corresponding to a total amount of approximately €36 million for the over-allotment option.

The full exercise of the over-allotment option brings the total of existing shares sold in the IPO to 17,347,750 shares. The total volume of the placement thus amounts to approximately 278 ME. After the full exercise of the Over-allotment option, the float is increased from 21.74% to 25%. The full exercise of the Over-allotment option ends the stabilization period, which began on April 18.
