On Wednesday, shortly after 10.30 a.m., there was another accident with a hit and run in the Penken ski area. According to the police, a 20-year-old German was driving downhill on piste 31 when there was a frontal collision between her and an unknown skier at an altitude of around 1580 meters. The woman fell and sustained serious injuries to her left knee. This unknown second party also drove away without taking care of the injured person. The man was around 30 years old, 175 to 180 centimeters tall, had a normal stature and wore a yellow / gray ski jacket and yellow / red mirrored ski goggles. “Appropriate information from any accident witnesses is requested,” said the officials.
