Clermont-Ferrand, February 7, 2023 – (FR0004177046 METEX), METEX, leader in industrial fermentation allowing the manufacture of ingredients of natural origin intended for the animal nutrition, cosmetics and biopolymer markets, publishes today the turnover for the 4th quarter of its 2022 financial year, which amounts to €42.6 million, in line with the Group’s forecasts.
In 2022, the Group achieved consolidated revenue of €226.6 million.
As part of its strategy to accelerate the development of a specialty offering both in animal nutrition and in the PDO markets for the consumer care and biopolymer industries, and in order to comply with the requirements of IFRS 8 “operating segments”, the Group has decided to adopt a new format for presenting its sales.
