Prince George celebrates his birthday and the British Royals celebrate him publicly. He has now thanked him kindly for the greetings.
"Thank you all for the very kind congratulations on Prince George's birthday today!" – Provided with this comment, the proud parents Prince William (38) and Duchess Kate (38) post another cute photo of their now seven-year-old child on Instagram. Then he can be seen in a leisure T-shirt on a green area. As with Tuesday night's pre-birthday photo, he shines into the camera up to both ears. The new picture is not included, but it is conceivable that this photo is again from Mama Kate.
Congratulate Grandma and Grandpa
The first photo has already collected more than 1.1 million likes. And apparently Prince George's great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II (94) also likes it, because she also published it on the official "The Royal Family" Instagram account. Her comment: "Today I wish Prince George a happy birthday on his seventh birthday!" And further: "This photo – taken by the Duchess of Cambridge – was provided by @kensingtonroyal to celebrate the day."
The little man's grandfather, Prince Charles (71), did the same as the queen and posted the photo taken by his daughter-in-law along with an identical comment: "We wish Prince George a happy birthday on his seventh birthday today!" Says Clarence House "Instagram account of Charles and his wife, Duchess Camilla (73).
Prince George is the first child of Prince William and Duchess Kate. The two have been married since 2011 and have two more children: Princess Charlotte (5) and Prince Louis (2).
