Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan: Has their planned organization "Archewell" never been approved?

Another setback for the planned "Archewell" organization by Prince Harry (35) and Duchess Meghan (38). After it became known that the two royals have voluntarily postponed their plans because they first want to focus on the "Black Lives Matter" movement, there are now new developments. As the British tabloid "The Sun" reports, the brand was not registered by the US authorities. The reason: the purpose was too vague, not all of the required fees had been paid and, in addition, a signature was missing.

According to the report, the application to the United States Patent and Trademark Office was filed on March 3 by a Beverly Hills lawyer who has been working with Duchess Meghan for a Delaware-based firm. It had already become public that the plans for "Archewell" are on hold and should only be reactivated in the coming year.

In April it was announced that Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan, who are no longer serving the British royal family, are working on plans for a new non-profit organization. According to the documents previously submitted in the United States, the couple plans to group their own charity and volunteer work, self-help groups and a multimedia education empire with films, podcasts and books under one roof: "Archewell".
