Prince Harry will return to the United Kingdom next May. During his stay in London, the Duke of Sussex will have a “top priority”, revealed a source from Mirror. According to the media, Prince Harry will do anything to see Charles III. “His first priority when he gets off the plane is to see his sick father, King Charles”, explained the source before continuing: “To try to spend as much time as possible” with him. And for good reason, the king announced last February that he was suffering from cancer. While he has not given the general public more details about his illness, he has paused his royal duties and is undergoing treatment. A few hours after Charles III’s announcement, Prince Harry went to his bedside. He had only spent around 30 minutes with his father and barely 24 hours in the UK before flying in the opposite direction.
The Duke of Sussex will travel to London for his charitable commitment to the Invictus Games but he would like to take the opportunity to see his father. “He will juggle his schedule accordingly”, said the British media source. According to the latter, the prince would like “enjoy each other’s company as beforet”. “It’s time to put pride and differences aside”, said the source. “He wants the family to return to the way it was”, she confided before continuing: “He will also do additional efforts with his brother, Williamsas difficult as it may be.”

But this return to the United Kingdom particularly worries the prince. This Tuesday, April 2, the English tabloid The Daily Express revealed that he had heard from anonymous sources close to the prince that the latter was aware of a “serious risk for [sa] security”. In question ? The disclosure by those responsible for St. Paul’s Cathedral in London of the exact date and time, May 8 at 5 p.m., of a ceremony organized in the building on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games and to which the Duke of Sussex will go. However, these kinds of events, during which personalities from the royal family are likely to appear, are usually not revealed so explicitly to the general public. “Harry is aware of the risks to his security, especially considering the sensitive information he has shared in his Memoirs”, explained the source to the tabloid, which for its part recalled that the prince had mentioned in his book The Substitute having killed 25 Taliban fighters during his service in Afghanistan. Following this revelation, Prince Harry fears being the potential target of a vendetta: “This is why his team has been so adamant that his whereabouts should not be disclosed. Every time he has appeared at UK events in recent years there have been last minute announcements for this very reason.”
