ADJOURNMENT OF THE GENERAL MEETING FROM JANUARY 25, 2022 TO JANUARY 31, 2022
The Board of Directors of Prologue decided today to adjourn the general meeting from January 25, 2022 to January 31, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., at 101 avenue Laurent Cély in Gennevilliers. A notice of adjournment will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on Wednesday January 12, 2022. The Board of Directors decided on this occasion to add to the initial agenda, as set out in the notice of meeting notice of meeting published in the Bulletin of mandatory legal notices no. 151 of December 17, 2021, a new resolution relating
- the modification of the articles of association of the Company. The final text of the resolutions is available today on the Company’s website, it being specified that a notice of meeting will be published on Friday January 14, 2022, in compliance with the terms and legal and regulatory deadlines.
Insofar as the agenda includes an additional resolution, a new voting form will be sent tomorrow to the shareholders, it being specified that all forms and all powers or mandates which would have been sent to the Company before this day cannot be taken account for the general meeting of January 31, 2022.
