Stringy cheese, ham and pizza dough, so many ingredients that will appeal to the stomachs of your little gourmands! The list of ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 7 small potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 25 cl of liquid crème fraîche
  • a few slices of raclette cheese (about 8)
  • 2 slices of ham
  • a little olive oil
  • salt and pepper

The steps of the recipe:

  1. Start by cooking your potatoes. To save time, the cook opts for cooking in the microwave. After washing them, place them in a microwave-safe dish and brush them with olive oil. Season with a little salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes at 900W.
  2. Meanwhile, slice the onion and brown it over medium heat in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. When the potatoes are cooked, cut them into slices and add them to the pan with the onions. Then pour in the liquid cream and a few pieces of raclette cheese. Mix regularly.
