Rainer Langhans: Hippie icon with cancer is looking forward to death

Rainer Langhans does not quarrel with fate. Instead, he wants to learn to love cancer and is also looking forward to dying.

Former hippie Rainer Langhans (80, "K 1 – The Commune Picture Book") recently made public that he was diagnosed with cancer and that it was "aggressive and incurable". But the icon does not mop up about it, quite the opposite. In an interview with RTL, he even said: "I'm looking forward to dying. Because I've known for a long time that going inside means dying first."

He does not believe that war should be declared on cancer. "But if you love, love him, and see what is sent from inside to be coped with really positively, then you will probably not suffer as much and maybe even live well and longer." But that doesn't mean that Langhans can't be treated for cancer. "I got a three-month injection. This slows the growth and spread of the tumor," he had previously told "Bild".
