(CercleFinance.com) – Norges Bank declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on February 17, 2023, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Rexel and to hold as many voting rights, i.e. 5 .02% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an increase in the number of Rexel shares held as collateral.
