Robbie Williams: his unexpected secrets about his stalled sex life with his wife

Married since 2010, Robbie Williams and Ayda Fiels have a very, very quiet sex life. During one of his concerts, the singer responded to a spade launched by his wife a few months ago.

Does marriage kill desire? According to Robbie Williams, the answer is yes. Never stingy with confidences, even the most intimate, the British singer entertained his fans in the middle of a concert. While performing in Hamburg, he read a sign in the audience where a fan asked him which of his songs was the most intimate. “I remember sex. It’s something we did in the 90s”, he joked before singing his hit She’s The One. These offhand comments from Robbie Williams echo remarks made by his wife last year. In a podcast, Ayda Fiels claimed that her sex life and that of her husband were “completely dead” and that they considered their bed as a “common workspace” rather than a sexual den.

“Our desire has been erased by four children. There really is no need to go to bed at the same time. It’s just a common workspace”, she confided. Especially since Robbie Williams is more busy with technology than taking care of his wife… “My husband sleeps with the computer. He rocks it like a security blanket. It’s the threesome we have. It’s me, Rob, and our leather MacBook,” she regretted. There were times when I bumped into the computer at night, or he knocked it off the bed and there was this huge, loud crash and I jumped. If she tries to “hustle” or of it “to hit”, it wouldn’t change anything: “I have girlfriends who tell me, ‘Just sleep in another room.’ But then I’m like, ‘My God, so we’re officially just roommates. We might as well be brother and sister.'”

Robbie Williams and Ayda Fiels: how many children do they have?

Married since 2010, Robbie Williams and Ayda Fiels are the happy parents of four children: Teddy, a 10-year-old daughter, Charlton, an eight-year-old son, Coco, a four-year-old daughter and finally Beau, their three-year-old son. If he is fulfilled today, the singer was very afraid of becoming a father. “When Ayda got pregnant, I kept saying for a week, ‘I didn’t want this. You wanted this.’ But I was just scared. There were times when I wanted to run away. I admit it. I was like, ‘I’m not old enough for this, I’m still a kid myself,’ but in the end, it worked. (…) I think that sometimes Ayda does not understand my concerns, he assured. I told him that I needed to change some nappies to calm my anxiety.” And if Robbie Williams spends a lot of time on his computer, it’s because he has a hard time falling asleep: “Because of his addictions, he can’t take sleeping pills, he can’t take anything to sleep better.”
