The "Rosamunde Pilcher" series is part of the regular Sunday evening program for romance fans. After a nine-month hiatus, she's back.

Since March 2020 the fans of the "Rosamunde Pilcher" series have had to wait for supplies. In January 2021 the time has finally come. With "Stadt, Land, Kuss", a new part of the popular ZDF romantic films is in the starting blocks. It is the start of a total of five new films that will be shot in Cornwall and the surrounding area from August 2020.

In "Stadt, Land, Kuss" (January 17, 2021 at 8:15 pm on ZDF), Flora (Pina Kühr) escapes the hectic city with her son Luke (Leonard Artur Conrads) and plans a quiet summer vacation with her mother Liz (Heike Drinkers) in Cornwall. But she quickly gets into a fight with her and also meets village policeman Eric (Ian Thomas McMillan). The boyfriend from his youth is Luke's father – but nobody knows …

These "Rosamunde Pilcher" films will be shown in 2021

The following films have also been announced for the "Pilcher" season in 2021: "Wie Hexhex" focuses on a mysterious prophecy, an old love and a wondrous actress (with Jördis Richter, Stefan König and Helmut Zierl, among others). In "In the Seventh Heaven" a wedding turns the feelings of a pastor on their head (with Antonia Bill, Jeroen Engelsman and Nina Kronjäger, among others).

In "Herzenslaufen" an experience from the past changes the relationship between two sisters (including Hedi Honert and Liliane Zillner). In "The stuff of which dreams are made", two brothers compete for the family business and the heart of a fashion designer (with Sarah Hannemann, Jan Hartmann and Joshua Grothe, among others).
