Moscow and Yerevan pledged to take steps to “stabilize the situationon the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the scene of large-scale clashes on Tuesday (September 13th), the Armenian Ministry of Defense said.
In a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergei Shoigu, Armenian Defense Minister Souren Papikian “presented the situation resulting from the large-scale aggression of Azerbaijanthe Armenian ministry said.
