PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–Construction materials manufacturer Saint-Gobain announced on Tuesday the sale of Tadmar, its plumbing and heating equipment distribution business in Poland, to Polish company 3W.
The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of the year, subject to the green light from the Polish competition authorities, the group said in a press release.
Tadmar generated in 2021 a turnover of around 100 million euros. This sale will mark Saint-Gobain’s exit from the distribution business in Poland, the group said.
