It had been known for some time that pay-TV provider Sky would launch the new entertainment channel Sky Showcase. Now there is finally more information about the new channel: Sky Showcase will finally be on the air on August 4, 2022.
The new channel can be found on program slot 100 of the Sky-Q receiver, with the Sky X variant, which is common in Austria, Sky Showcase is allocated slot 127 according to the provider and also for subscribers to the WOW Entertainment package as a live stream in the app to see.

There is also news about the program on Sky Showcase: the provider has now announced that the prequel series “House of the Dragon”, which is eagerly awaited by “Game of Thrones” fans, will run on the new channel.
