When TennoCon 2022, Digital Extremes unveiled his new project, a Free-to-play action-MMORPG responding to the name of Soulframe, which will embrace the fantasy genre and put nature at the forefront. We had this news last summer with around thirty minutes of gameplay very promising. It is on the occasion of Devstream 178 of Warframe broadcast from the PAX East 2024 that director Geoff Crookes gave game newswhich is currently at the very beginning of its very early closed alpha phase, a build called Preludes to which some lucky people have had access since December, obviously only on PC.
Well, know that the team’s goal is to allow more and more players to access Soulframe: Preludes throughout 2024 and that a founder’s pack will even be offered if you wish to support the project. Currently, around 2,500 keys are sent per week, which is no small amount. The new trailer thus serves to highlight what is currently available in the build proposed and concludes amusingly with a bear, which as Rebecca Ford humorously pointed out is a risky move since Baldur’s Gate 3. It notably introduces an arc Fae using magic.
By the way if you loved the song in the previous one trailer, Rivers of Dendriait was put online with its few words, a real treat!
For the moment, no launch platform for Soulframe was not specified, despite the build Preludes playable on PC.
