In the foreseeable future, Switzerland is likely to participate in the multinational task force of the G-7 countries and Australia to implement the sanctions against Russia. Andreas Heller, spokesman for the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA), announced on request that initial contacts had been made with the Repo (Russian elites, proxies and oligarchs) task force. At the same time, Switzerland had expressed its basic willingness to engage in an exchange. The decision on the type of cooperation will be made as soon as details about the working method of the task force are known.
