In the latest "Tatort: This is our house" from Stuttgart, many viewers will surely have seen one or the other familiar face – especially if you are into music and are familiar with the local scene. Director Dietrich Brüggemann (44), himself not only a successful filmmaker but also part of the band Theodor Shitstorm, cheated a few colleagues into the cast.

Before that, a word about Brüggemann himself: In 2017 he was responsible for a "crime scene" for the first time. "Stau" made waves back then because it was an unusual production that ran almost in real time: Lannert and Bootz had to solve the death of a girl and find the perpetrator until a traffic jam clears up. A year later, Brüggemann then staged the controversial "Tatort: Murot and the Groundhog", an homage to the Bill Murray classic "Groundhog Day".
The protagonist Ulrich Tukur (63) alias Felix Murot is caught in a time loop and experiences an identical day over and over again. Brüggemann is also deeply rooted in the German music scene, he has already shot many videos for well-known German musicians such as Thees Uhlmann (46) or the former "Wir sind Helden" front woman Judith Holofernes (44).
Who was the suspect Stefan?
Most viewers will have seen one face in particular: Heinz Rudolf Kunze (64) embodied the suspect and former applicant for the alternative housing project Oase, Stefan. The "Your is my whole heart" singer told NDR some time ago about his engagement: "For the first time in my life I am accused of a capital crime."
Who was Birgit?
The actress Birgit, who lives in a same-sex relationship, also comes from the music rather than the film industry: The singer-songwriter Desiree Klaeukens, who was born in Duisburg in 1985, also played in Brüggemann's "Murot und das Murmeltier" and had her first Film appearance in 2015 in the Brüggemann feature film "Heil" as a punk star Sterni. Together with the director she is part of the band Theodor Shitstorm.
Who was Ulrike?
Ulrike is the good soul in the Oase residential project; the experienced woman who holds everything together. She is embodied by Christiane Rösinger (60). Since 1988, Rösinger has been the head of the rock band Britta, which was named after the former member Britta Neander (1956-2004), ex-drummer of Ton Steine Scherben. Before that she had the band Lassie Singers together with Funny van Dannen (62).
Who was Martina?
Another actress also comes from the closer circle of director Brüggemann, and even has the same surname: Martina is played by Anna Brüggemann (39), his sister. Her face is known from numerous film and television productions such as "Poilzeiruf 110", "Oktoberfest" or "Berlin am Meer". Of course, she also played in "Murot and the Groundhog".
