The Crown: First photo of Emma Corrin as Lady Diana in a wedding dress

Netflix has published the first photo of Lady Diana in the wedding dress in the series "The Crown". It looks amazingly similar to the original.

Netflix has unveiled Lady Diana's highly anticipated wedding dress on The Crown (Season 4). A first photo of the British actress Emma Corrin (24) is in the replica of the cult robe on the Twitter page of the streaming service to see. "The Emmy Award-winning costume designer Amy Roberts wanted to capture the spirit and style of the original by David & Elizabeth Emanuel without creating a copy for Emma Corrin," said the explanation of the picture in the post.

The fourth season of the royal drama will air on November 15th. It shows Emma Corrin as Princess Diana, who becomes involved in a romance with Prince Charles and finally marries him on July 29, 1981.

Series ends with season 6

Netflix has already published pictures of Olivia Colman (46) as Queen and Helena Bonham Carters (54) as Princess Margaret. Produced by Left Bank Pictures and created by Peter Morgan, the new season will be the last with the current cast as the British royal family. According to "Deadline", the fifth season is to be shot in June 2021, the sixth and last in 2022.
