The Div 2 continues to renew itself with (yet) a new kid!

It’s no secret that by 2023, the new regulation of Riot Games prevent the same structure from having a team in the first division and a team in the second division of the same ERL. For this reason, several organizations have anticipated and are selling their second slot in advance. After GameWard or Solary, it’s the turn of GamersOrigin. GO Academy will not be in Div 2 next year and we will have the opportunity to discover BK ROG !

A buyout but a smooth transition

It was made clear in the various press releases that GO was ceding its Div 2 slot to BK ROG. However, the former French champions are not completely leaving the ship and will support the new project by sharing their infrastructure in particular. It’s a rather classy gesture that we can only salute.

We do not yet know what will be the roster of BK ROG, but with the help of GO, the little thumb has a strong argument to aim for the rise. But between the new MCES roster, the JL hype or the FC Nantes experience, the competition promises to be fierce in Div 2 … We can’t wait for the season to resume, we can not wait to follow it all on the Twitch channel of MGG.

esport-lol

The year has only just started and League of Legends competitions have still not resumed. However, G2 Esports has decided to offer a contract extension to one of its stars who has signed for 2 more years. The transfer window has not yet said its last word!
