On November 5, 2020, the actors of the reboot of Gossip Girl were seen filming in New York, United States. Indeed, the return of the Golden Youth of the Upper East Side was officially announced last July and the shooting was not long in coming. The new generation of characters have shown the tip of their noses: Whitney Peak and Eli Brown have been seen on the streets of New York. Previously, Whitney Peak had appeared in The New Adventures of Sabrina, and Eli Brown, in the cult series pretty Little Liars.
The plot is still unknown, but, according to the site Deadline, these two actors play characters who are part of the "main trio". As for the actress Kristen Bell, who played the narrator in the original version of the series, she will be on this new project, which we are delighted about.
