The collaborative communication platform for professionals is experiencing difficulties this Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Sending and receiving messages, as well as browsing the website and applications were complicated in the afternoon.
Many Slack users have reported login issues on social media. In France, we could read the following error message: “Something went wrong and we are unable to load your workspace.”

No information on the cause of the failure
The Downdetector site, which tracks issues on major websites, saw a spike in “reported outages” between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., Paris time. The company acknowledged on Twitter that it had some problems with its platform. “Some customers may experience issues loading Slack […] We will provide a status update as soon as we have more information. We are sorry for this disruption”, Slack reported. On its incident information platform, the company indicated at 4:30 p.m. that connections, messages, file management, notifications and more generally connections to its services were not functioning normally.
