If like most of us, you too eat these super sugary and very fatty foods in the morning, then you certainly don’t know what to replace them with. Keep in mind that it is better to opt for unprocessed foods (the opposite of industrial brioches and pastries!), products rich in proteins or good fats.

Think of oatmeal which is a good substitute for super-sweet cereals, oilseed purees which serve as jams on toast, but also dairy products with yogurt or low-fat cottage cheese.
