Croissy-Beaubourg, February 1, 2023, 6:00 p.m. CET – The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) published, on February 1, 2023, a notice of the final results of the reopened public takeover bid (“the Reopened Offer”) ) initiated by BIOSYNEX on the shares of THERADIAG (ISIN code FR0004197747).
According to the information communicated by Euronext Paris, 223,348 THERADIAG shares were tendered to the Reopened Offer centralized by Euronext which took place from January 18, 2023 to January 31, 2023 inclusive.
At the same time, BIOSYNEX acquired 126,186 THERADIAG shares on the market between January 18, 2023 and January 31, 2023 inclusive.
Thus, as a result of the Reopened Offer, on the basis of a capital composed of 13,118,227 shares representing at most 13,174,282 voting rights, BIOSYNEX will hold on the settlement-delivery date scheduled for February 7, 2023, 9 382,354 shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 71.52% of the capital and at least 71.22% of the voting rights.
