Cédric Jubillar is indicted for “spousal murder” since June 18, 2021. Since the disappearance of his wife on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020, he denies outright his involvement. Cédric Jubillar confessed to having buried his wife
The husband of the nurse who has been missing for more than a year is also said to have confessed to Marco having buried Delphine Jubillar: “He told me that he knew where to bury him before the fact. (…) He was waiting for the right moment to get rid of it”. He would thus have added to have buried his body in “a place that has already burned down” at one level “shallow”, according to information from our colleagues. The plaster craftsman would have prepared in advance the assassination of the mother of his children. Worried about what happened next, Cédric Jubillar would have inquired with the fellow detainee of the risks that the body could reappear because of bad weather or even animals on the scene. This possibility would be a chance for the investigators to finally be able to close this case.
