The government website Rappel Conso communicated a new recall campaign which concerns frozen minced steaks. Customers are often alerted to this type of campaign. Recently, ham was recalled due to salmonella, couscous and cereals or even industrial cakes with potentially dangerous contaminants.

This time it is minced steaks from the Férial brand, which were recalled. These were marketed between October 31 and November 16, 2023. The reason for the recall? These hamburgers contain traces of allergens not mentioned on the labeling. Traces of onions not mentioned on the labeling

A check revealed the presence of onion slices in minced steaks, which were not mentioned on the labeling. Also, the product may contain other allergenic substances such as soy or gluten, not mentioned. This can therefore be dangerous for allergic consumers. This is also what the government website explained.

People who have purchased these minced steaks are therefore invited not to consume them, especially if they have allergies, and return them to their point of sale in order to make a refund.
