Simply place the foam rod on the top of your head, then start styling one side of your hair, starting by taking a strand closest to the roots and wrapping it all around the foam rod, before continue like this strand by strand until you have wrapped all of half of your hair around the ring. Then, all that remains is to tie your strands together with an elastic and do the same on the other side of the face.
