This hyaluronic acid foundation, perfect after 50, is Julia Roberts’ favorite

Julia Roberts’ makeup artist shared the reference for the actress’ favorite foundation. This is a formula enriched with hyaluronic acid, perfect for avoiding wrinkles after the age of 50.

On the occasion of the world premiere of the film The World After Us, available on Netflix, Julia Roberts’ make-up artist shared the actress’s make-up secrets. Genevieve Herr revealed in an Instagram post the references of the different products used on the star’s face. A make-up routine from Lancôme, of which Julia Roberts has been the face since 2012, composed of a primer and a foundation enriched with hyaluronic acid, ideal for avoid marking wrinkles after 50 years.

To achieve this look, the makeup artist applied the Prep & Hydrate Primer, an ideal moisturizing product to prevent makeup from sliding into fine lines during the day. She then used the Teint Idole Ultra Wear Foundation in shade 330N. This foundation is enriched to 81% with a treatment serum containing hyaluronic acid, moringa, vitamin E as well as SPF 35 sunscreen.

The secret to Julia Roberts’ glowing complexion

With its light and hydrating formula, this foundation evens out the skin without marking fine lines. Thanks to its luminous finish, it provides a very natural glowy effect, perfect for skin lacking radiance after 50 years. In the photo shared by the make-up artist, we can see that Julia Roberts’ complexion is enhanced with a touch of peach blush. A shade that matches perfectly with that of her L’Absolu Rouge lipstick, in the shade Lover. We also note that the blush is applied to the top of the cheekbones to create a very natural lifting effect.
