As part of your work, you may use the handy visual collaboration tool Trello. Software based on tables and maps, which quickly allows you to know who is doing what.

Used by millions of employees around the world, Trello offers several solutions, including a free version that is suitable for many businesses. However, from April 8, Trello will modify the options included in this same free offer, in particular by limiting the number of collaborators in a work group.

Trello, what changes next month

Trello, an online project management tool, has been available for more than ten years. Remember that Trello offers an organization of projects into boards listing cards, each representing tasks. Users can be assigned to these same cards, while board management can reflect their progress and/or programming.

At the start of 2021, Trello announced the launch of a major new version, with various new features and even a brand new logo.

Next month, the basic formula, namely the free one, will see its functionalities restricted, particularly with regard to the number of collaborators that can be assigned to each working group.

To remedy this new limitation, you will have to remove employees from a Trello space… or agree to migrate to a paid plan.

The Standard plan allows, for example, for $5/month per employee, to benefit from unlimited tables and other features, in addition to welcoming as many employees as necessary. We have been warned.
