At first reading, the deputies said “yes” to the transformation of the health pass into a vaccination pass. After three days of tumultuous debate, the bill“strengthening the tools for managing the health crisis”, containing among other things the establishment of a vaccination pass, was adopted Thursday, at 5:25 am, by the National Assembly. The text was validated by 214 votes against 93, with 27 abstentions.
The text was voted on thanks to the votes of the majority and part of the LR and the PS. But the LR deputies appeared divided on the overall vote on the bill (28 for, 24 against, 22 abstentions). Among the 93 deputies to vote against the text were those from the left of the left, the RN, and 3 dissidents LREM.
