Val-de-Marne: a young woman saw a terrible ordeal at the hands of eight men, her accomplice friends?

The facts date back to 2020. A 19-year-old young woman goes on vacation in the Paris region with friends. They then join an acquaintance, a 29-year-old man, who will accompany him to a city where the terrible will take place. The young woman then finds herself in front of eight hooded men who will rape her in turn. Passing out, she will suffer a real hell for hours. After this gang rape, the young woman will be recovered by the one who took her to the city. When she goes to find her friends, the victim will then have a funny feeling: she suspects that some of her friends are aware of what has just happened, although she hasn’t spoken to anyone about it. “Worse, some would even be complicit in this rape collective…”.

All these young people will then leave the city and hit the road. They will abandon the young woman to her fate, on the side of the road. “Delivered to herself and in a state of shock, the young woman is picked up by a passerby and then finally brought home to safety”. She will then wait a year before filing a complaint. Fortunately, her mother will keep the clothes in which she was dressed on the day of the rape for future samples. Thus, in 2021, the young woman will finally walk through the door of a police station. The investigators will discover appalling information. Indeed, one of her friends, present during her holidays “would have pocketed 1,000 euros for having delivered his girlfriend to the rapists of Champigny-sur-Marne”. She was charged and placed under judicial supervision.

Nine people arrested

Following the filing of a complaint by the young woman, investigations were carried out by the Val-de-Marne judicial police in July 2022. A total of nine people were arrested on December 13, 2022. Some refute the thesis of rape and explain that the young woman was consenting.
