The veteran and former world top 10 on CS, who arrived on VALORANT with 100 Thieves in 2020, is ending his career but will remain within the NA structure.
The American Spencer “Hiko” Martin hang up the gloves. After only two years on VALORANT, within 100 Thievesthe 32-year-old player, who was professional for 12 years on the CS and CS:GO esports scene, decided to retire from competition. Passed by TL or Rogue on CS, the competitor had risen up to the top 10 best players in the world in the HLTV ranking. Like many, he had made the switch and joined the VALORANT scene in 2020.
With 100T, Hiko has added some local trophies to his cupboard and will have known the last four of the competition at the Berlin Masters for VCT Stage 3 in 2021, with a loss in semi against Team Envy. 2022 hasn’t been a great year so far and Hiko thought it was a good time to put an end to his career. That said, he will stay on the NA team as he becomes streamer for structure.
