(CercleFinance.com) – Brasil Warrant Administraçao de Bens e Empresas (BWSA) declared that it crossed down, on December 18, the threshold of 25% of Verallia’s voting rights and held 26.55% of the capital and 24.18 % of the voting rights of this company.
In its press release to the AMF, the Brazilian company specifies that this crossing of the threshold results from an increase in the total number of voting rights of the French manufacturer of glass packaging.
