Friday, November 10, the NRJ Music Awards ceremony was held on TF1. During her appearance on stage, to receive the prize for best French-speaking female artist of the year, Vitaa made a tender declaration to her husband.
It was the unmissable event for the French-speaking and international music scene! Friday November 10, TF1 broadcast the 25th edition of NRJ Music Awards, recorded as every year at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes. On the red carpet, stars like Louane, Kendji Girac, Vianney, Mika, Isabelle Adjani and Gaëtan Roussel flocked to attend this event which rewards the artists nominated thanks to public votes. For the first time in her career, Vitaa received the coveted trophy for French-speaking female artist of the year, from the hands of Miss France 2023, Indira Ampiot, and comedian Max Boublil.
Revealed in 2006 thanks to the tube Night confessions in duo with Diam’s, Vitaa recently released their eighth album. Titled Charlotte, like his birth name, this introspective opus was thought of as his last. Vitaa makes a touching statement to her husband
The opportunity for her to thank the people who surround her every day in her career, her label, her collaborators, and above all her family, more particularly her three children and her husband, Hicham Bendaoud. “I would like to tell my husband how much I love him. I think he wanted this one even more than me tonight. I hope you are proud of me”she said, before adding: “It’s not easy to work with me. But we work as a family. For us, music is a story of sharing.” If she had a word for her fans, her collaborators and those close to her, Vitaa did not forget the artists who were in competition with her in this category. “You know how much I love you, how much I support you… Louane, we both deserved it, we are together”she concluded.
