When will Warzone Pacific Season 2 begin?


As the first season of Warzone Pacific and Vanguard continues to roll out smoothly, fans are already looking ahead imagining what Season 2 will hold for them. Everything we know so far about this new upcoming season.

On December 8, the long-awaited transition to Warzone Pacific finally took place, transporting all Battle Royale players to a new island called Caldera.

And while reviews for this new map have been very mixed, players are going to have to stick with it for a while. As a reminder, Verdansk remained on Warzone from March 2020 to December 2021.

However, we can still expect changes to come to Caldera. And usually the start of a new season can bring these kinds of changes.

When will Warzone Pacific Season 2 begin?

The launch date of a new season is rarely officially confirmed until it is close. However, the previous season’s battle pass usually indicates when players can expect to see the new update hit the game.

So following this logic, the Season 1 Battle Pass should expire. February 1, 2022 which means we can bet season 2 will start in early February, maybe February 2 or 3.

As Season 2 hasn’t arrived yet, it’s hard to say exactly what it will bring. But since bugs and glitches are frequent, we can expect the Season 2 update to come with plenty of fixes.

Usually, new seasons also bring at least one new weapon, skins, and a whole new battle pass. All of these seem like safe bets for Warzone Pacific Season 2.

As for the changes that will be made to the map, we might see minor tweaks to areas that have been experiencing issues since the launch of Warzone Pacific.

But as far as large-scale changes to Caldera go, that seems unlikely to us given that this new map is still too recent.
