WWE Backlash 2023 takes place Sunday at 2 a.m. in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The transmission situation in Germany has recently changed, so you may have to switch if you want to be there live. Because after DAZN was unable to extend the broadcasting rights with WWE, it was not only the live broadcast of Wrestlemania 2023 that fell short on the streaming service at the beginning of April.
There will also be no pictures of WWE Backlash 2023 via DAZN. The broadcaster has not yet communicated whether the event will be picked up on free TV at ProSieben Maxx as part of the programs “WWE RAW” or “Smackdown”. “Smackdown” runs on Saturday from 10 p.m., just before the event, and “RAW” on Wednesdays at the same time.
