  1. Knead all the ingredients for the crescents well with the dough hook of the hand mixer or with your hands until a homogeneous dough is formed.

  2. Halve the dough, flatten it with your hands and put it in the fridge for about half an hour.

  4. Cut small pieces four to five centimeters long from the rolls and shape them into croissants. Place vanilla crescents on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes.

  5. Toss the cooled croissants in powdered sugar and enjoy.
