Chaï Latte

Gourmet and quick to prepare, Chaï Tea Latte is an Indian drink made from milk, black tea and spices. Sweet, hot and spicy, it is a real little fall happiness and we love to drink it to warm up around a fireplace. Like the Pumpkin Spice Latte, it is also very easy to reproduce at home!

Hot chocolate with cinnamon

In addition to being extremely comforting, hot chocolate is a hot drink that we love for its regressive side. To top with whipped cream or sprinkle with small marshmallows for maximum indulgence, hot chocolate can be endlessly personalized according to everyone's tastes! For autumn, for example, we prefer to add a little cinnamon.

Ingredients for 6 cups

  • 250g dark chocolate
  • 60 cl of whole or vegetable milk
  • 40 cl of liquid cream (optional)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

The preparation

  • Grate the chocolate. In a saucepan with a fairly thick bottom, simmer the milk with the cream and cinnamon.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture infuse. Remove the cinnamon sticks and add the chocolate.
  • Stir gently with a whisk: the chocolate must be perfectly melted.
  • Let cooking continue over very low heat for a few minutes, whisking gently.
  • Serve and enjoy!
