(CercleFinance.com) – ArcelorMittal announces that 45 million treasury shares have been canceled to maintain the number of treasury shares within the appropriate levels, an operation bringing its total number of shares outstanding to 937,809,772.
The steel giant explains that this cancellation takes into account shares already purchased under the billion-dollar share buyback program announced on November 17 and completed on December 28, 2021.
