(CercleFinance.com) – Cegedim announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring a stake in the capital of its digital solutions subsidiary Cegedim Santé, by the social protection groups Malakoff Humanis, Groupe VYV and PRO BTP.
At the same time, Cegedim Santé would acquire MesDocteurs, its subsidiary specializing in telehealth solutions, from Groupe VYV. The operation would be formalized by an investment protocol and a strategic and industrial partnership between the groups.
This operation would take the form of a reserved capital increase of 65 million euros, valuing Cegedim Santé post operation at 360.9 million. Cegedim would continue to fully consolidate Cegedim Santé.
