Coronavirus in France: the results of this Sunday, January 30

Contaminations

This Sunday, January 30, 249,448 cases of contamination were recorded in 24 hours according to Public Health France, against 301,614 last Sunday.

Hospitalizations

Overall hospitalizations continue to progress, with a total of 31,536 patients currently in hospital with a Covid diagnosis (compared to 28,838 seven days ago).

On the other hand, stability is required in critical care services, including intensive care units, which are currently hosting 3,641 Covid patients (3,760 seven days earlier).

Deaths

127 people have died in hospital in the past 24 hours, compared to 178 the day before.

The vaccination

Nearly 53.964 million people have received at least one dose of vaccine since the start of the vaccination campaign more than a year ago, i.e. 80% of the population, and 52.686 million have a complete vaccination schedule (78.1 % Population).
