Will Prince William soon be spinning through Kensington Palace in a superhero suit? If Duchess Kate has his way, that would be entirely possible.
Duchess Kate (39) wants to buy her husband Prince William (38) a Spider-Man suit. She announced that at least in an interview with a martial arts teacher who made children happy while dressed as a superhero during the Corona lockdown in 2020.
“I’ll see if the trend makes it to Kensington Palace,” joked the 39-year-old in autumn 2020 during the phone call can be heard on YouTube. Then the mother of Prince George (7), Princess Charlotte (6) and Prince Louis (3) added with a laugh: “I might have to buy William a suit.”

Kate described the action by friends Jason Baird and Andrew Baldock from the English city of Stockport as “very cool”. A photo of the somersaulting Spider-Man, which attracts the attention of some enthusiastic children, previously made it into the one hundred best shots in their hold still exhibition, which is also published in book form.
During the lockdown last year, the British were at times only allowed to leave their homes for an hour a day – for example to do sports. An hour that the “Spider-Man from Stockport” put to good use.
