The rules for what evidence is needed differ from country to country. This means that travelers with proof of vaccination, for example, can avoid quarantine in several countries.
In some places they are also required for visits to restaurants, clubs or cultural events. All EU countries as well as Norway, Switzerland and Iceland are connected to the necessary technology for the certificate. According to an overview by the EU Commission, only Ireland has not yet issued any evidence.
