(AOF) – Euroapi announced the finalization of the acquisition of BianoGMP (Biano), “strengthening its CDMO expertise in the fast-growing oligonucleotide market”. This acquisition, announced at the end of August, allows the specialist in active pharmaceutical ingredients to better “support a wider customer base throughout the oligonucleotide value chain, from research to marketing”. Biano will retain its commercial brand name and become a Euroapi company.
